This site is addressed exclusively to businesses, legal entities and self employed persons. We do not sell to consumers.

By sending an order you buy the chosen cases from the respective producer. Brandcircuit accepts the order on the producer's behalf, confirms its receipt to you by email and delivers the goods itself. The goods remain the property of the producer until delivery, and the producer issues the invoice. We only get in touch if we need to agree something with you or have questions about your order.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

There is deliberately no reference to the European online dispute resolution platform here, because that platform was shut down on 20 July 2025.

We are responsible for our own content on this site under general law. Under §§ 7 to 10 DDG we are not obliged as a provider to monitor third party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. As soon as we become aware of a specific infringement we remove the content concerned.

Our site links to third party sites whose content we do not control. The respective provider is responsible for that content. No infringements were apparent at the time the links were set.
